Fuller was born in Mass. on Aug. 13, 1787. He moved to N.Y. (State) where he served as a member of the N.Y. Assembly and Senate. In 1837 he moved to Adrian (Mich.), where he served as a Representative from Lenawee County and Speaker of the House, 1841. Fuller also served as Assist. Postmaster under Pres. Harrison. The DuBois family settled in South Florida in 1892, and lived most of their life in the area of Jupiter, Florida. The patriarch of the family, Henry DuBois, moved to the Jupiter area from Monmouth County, New Jersey, in 1892. Bessie Wilson moved to Florida in 1916 from New Jersey, and in 1923 married Harry's oldest son, John. Over the years, Mrs. DuBois collected books and brochures from all over Florida, based on her interests in Florida history, shipwrecks, lighthouses and fishing. ...
